Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold PalmistryFree.com, its governing board, staff, and volunteers harmless from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs resulting from any violation of our User Agreement.

General Provisions
Additional rules, regulations, or specifications provided with individual services within PalmistryFree.com carry the same force as this document. However, any such information or information from other sources that the User receives that is in any way inconsistent with the provisions of this document is null and void and trumped by the conditions in this document. If any provision of this document is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, all other terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.
